This traditional german coffee cake is sold all over Germany. It is a yeast based dough with a Streusel - Almond Topping. Goes wonderful with a cup of tea, coffee or milk.

A german Christmas Cake, made of a dense dough with cinnamon, appels and jelly. This cake brings the holiday spirit alive and tastes wonderful with a spoonful of whipped cream.

Christstollen

German Christmas Cake

Stollen is the traditional German Christmas cake, it is marketed all over the world.

This Stollen is a large cake with 30 servings. You may ask to have it divided into 2 smaller cakes which will make it easier for storage. Keeping this cake packed in Aluminion Foil for about 1 Week in a dry place before serving is recommended so that the full flavor can develop, but it is not necessary.
